As golfers ourselves, we know the importance of timely delivery when you’re excited about new equipment. Our team processes all orders within 1-2 business days, and we offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
Important Note: We currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During peak seasons (especially around major tournaments), delivery times may extend slightly. Our customer service team will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays with your order of golf apparel or accessories.
Tracking Your Order
Once your golf gear (whether it’s our moisture-wicking shirts, all-weather gloves, or spikeless shoes) leaves our warehouse in Scott Depot, West Virginia, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
International Golfers Welcome
We’re proud to serve golfers worldwide (excluding some remote locations). No matter where your course is, we’ll get your FootJoy golf clothing to you. All international orders are shipped duty unpaid, meaning you may be responsible for any customs fees in your country.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If your golf apparel, shoes, or accessories don’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. We want every piece in your golf wardrobe—from your rain gloves to your mid layers—to help you play your best game.
