Once your golf gear leaves our warehouse in Scott Depot, West Virginia, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep, whether it’s shipped via DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD) via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping via EMS on orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Yes! We’re proud to serve golfers worldwide, though we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. All international orders are shipped duty unpaid, meaning you may be responsible for any customs fees in your country.
While we process orders quickly (1-2 business days), we recommend ordering well in advance of tournaments or events, especially during peak seasons when delivery times may extend slightly. For urgent needs, choose our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your golf apparel, shoes, or accessories don’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
