How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely package your items in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Golf shoes with visible wear or cleat marks

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
